Arabeyes would like to announce the initial release of ITL version 0.5

The Islamic Tools and Libraries (ITL) provides a comprehensive set of applications and libraries that relate to Islamic functions and caters to a Muslim's needs.

It currently provides,

• Hijri date conversation (Hijri <-> Gregorian calendars)
• Prayertime calculator

These applications and libraries are a first of their kind under the GPL and LGPL open source license. Yet another first under Arabeyes' umbrella and supervision.
